We will be using Backerkit as our pledge manager. That is where you will eventually add your shipping details and pay the associated shipping cost to send your copy to the game to you. You may also have to pay taxes depending on where you live.

No, shipping will be charged later in the pledge manager, based on where we are shipping your game. We are using different fulfillment companies for the UK/ EU, Asia, Australia/New Zealand and North America in order to provide the most competitive shipping costs we can.

[Purchasing] Can I purchase multiple copies of the game?
Yes, you can order up to 2 copies of the game. When you enter your pledge, double the amount for that pledge. This will let us ship 2 copies for less cost than 2 shipped separately. However, we don’t yet know the exact cost of that; only that it will be less then 2 separate shipments.

[Product] Is the game available in languages other than English on the Kickstarter?
Unfortunately, no. This Kickstarter is only for the English version of the game. We are currently working on agreements with other partners to bring other language versions to market sometime after the Kickstarter.

We are offering retail pledges, so we expect there will be some availability of the game at retail from those pledges. We would like to offer the game through other retail channels at a later time, but we won’t know more details of that until after the Kickstarter

[Product] How well do the rotating rings work and will they last?
Our game board has been a very challenging one to design and manufacture and we have worked exceedingly hard with our English manufacturer, Panda Games, to make the best board possible. It is possible for the rings to occasionally stick a tiny bit (especially when the game is first new). However, for the last 3 months, we have had 20 prototypes of the game being played by previewers and reviewers all around the world and the feedback on how well the rings work has been very good.
In terms of the board’s longevity, we have had an older set of prototypes in rotation with play-testers for almost 1 year and those have been played dozens of times with no issues to date.
We feel confident that once players get used to rotating the rings, they will find the experience enjoyable and should expect the board to last like any typical game board.

[Product] Will you offer minis?
No, we are only offering cardboard and acrylic standees. While we love minis too, the simple fact is we felt that our character illustrations looked so good, that we wanted to see them on the board when players were playing the game. The feedback on the standees has been tremendous at all the cons we’ve attended and we feel confident this was the right choice for our game.

[Product] Will you be offering additional characters or monsters on the Kickstarter?
No, not on this Kickstarter. You can read more details in the “Add-Ons” section on the main campaign page, but as a first-time creator we are focused on delivering a great core game with high variability and replayability.
We do have other characters and monsters in the pipeline though, so if you love the game, rest assured we have plans to add some great additional content in the future.

[Product] Does the insert accommodate sleeving the cards.
Unfortunately, no. There are quite a few cards in the game, (177, not including any KS exclusives or stretch goals), and we had to weigh sleeving against keeping our box size smaller and ultimately did not want to have to go with a larger box, which would add additional cost for us and backers.

[Gameplay] Can I play the game solo?
Absolutely! The game plays great solo with no rule or setup changes needed! We recommended playing two-handed in order to enjoy exploiting the differences and synergies between multiple characters when playing.

[Gameplay] How complex is the game?
We think this is a game that will be somewhere around 3.5 on BGG’s Weight scale, meaning it is a game that offers some very crunchy and rewarding depth for players to learn and exploit. We feel the basic gameplay loop is not very complex; but the game offers a lot of tactical choices as you play which rewards some careful and considered strategy.
That said, we do have a Family mode in the game that lessens the complexity a little bit and balances the game so it is also a little bit easier to win. We feel families with one or two gamer parents can still enjoy the game with younger family members.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
